Order Processing & Confirmation
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be additional extended processing time for orders that ship to Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States and other remote locations.
Please Note: Orders for new releases and pre - orders will usually take 7-8 business days to process. If there's an extended processing time associated with these orders, our team shall get in touch with you to update the same. The regular 15 working days delivery timeline will not apply to new releases and pre orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates are final and are as displayed at the time of checkout.
Rates may vary with product and place of supply.
Our policy with regard to shipping rates may change at any point of time without prior notice.
Change in shipping rates will not affect orders that have been placed prior to the said changes taking place.
Shipping time & details
We aim to deliver all orders shipped domestically within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
Please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address and accurate contact details including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address.
Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Sneaker Plug India will attempt to fast. track the delivery in case of delays, however, we won't ad can't be held liable for such delays after we've dispatched the item from our end.
