  • We have a limited and curated collection, which means exchanging and returning a purchased item is not possible.
  • For any claims regarding a damaged or wrong product, the Buyer must present us with the unboxing video of the package that they have received. (Outer and Inner packaging to be included). Any claims without the video evidence shall not be entertained.
  • All claims are valid only before 7 days from date of delivery. No claims shall be entertained beyond the stipulated timeline.
  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request you to please attach clear pictures and the unboxing video of the product, so our team can review and assist you with the exchange/refund As Soon As Possible.
  • Returns are only entertained in case of a damaged product or a wrongful size delivery. Our team shall scrutinise your return request to validate it. If approved, the customer is to ship the pair in the same exact conditions with the tags attached. All original accessories and items must be included in the parcel that is being returned.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the pair is returned in the original protective packaging it was shipped in. If the original box/packaging is damaged, the customer must double-box the pair in a larger, protective carton or box of quality no less than 5ply and 150GSM and secure it with tape and tamper proof packaging before sending.
  • Once the purchased item reaches our registered office, it will go through a detailed examination, on qualification of which 100% of your total billed amount would be returned to you in the form of store credit. The store credit would be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The entire resolution process might take upto 30 days, however the team would work to give you a resolution at the earliest.
