1. What is the usual delivery time for products?

Our products are usually delivered within 15 working days from the date of placing the order depending on the serviceability of your pin code. 

2. How do I track my order?

When the product is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive the tracking details in the email provided. 

3. When will my order be shipped?

In most cases, your order will be processed within 4-5 working days from the date of purchase. In a few cases the timeline may be longer, please get in touch with us at cotact@sneakerplug.co.in if you have any order specific queries.

All orders will be shipped between Monday to Friday only.

We apologise for any delay caused due to Covid-19 restrictions and thank you for your patience.

4. Do you allow the return or exchange of products?

All sales from Sneaker Plug India are final. We do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges. For further details, you can visit our return policy page.

6. Do you accept international cards?

Yes, we do accept international cards.

7. Can I cancel My order?

All orders are subject to cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. However, the refund is issued only through store credits.

8. Are all your products authentic?

Every product listed and sold on Sneaker Plug India's website is verified authentic. We have an in-house legit checking system that follows a 3-step verification process that checks for condition, authenticity and flaws.

9. Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our provider, Razorpay.

10. Will my cards be saved on your database?

Sneaker Plug India is strictly against maintaining the private database of the customer. Moreover, the transaction is processed by our payment service provider Razorpay via a secure gateway.  

11. Which shipping carrier do you use?

The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your Pin code. The products are usually shipped through Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, Professional Courier, Franch Express or any other major courier service subject to serviceability.
